New drivers The program worked well up to and including the downloading of 2 drivers which it said were needed. It told me to look in the My Drivers folder for Updates and to install from there. However, 'Updates' does not exist as a sub-folder in My Driver. The downloaded drivers have vanished and I am no better off.

I have just used Driver Max and up dated my drivers in Win XP Pro. Unfortunately the sound problems I had were not corrected and in fact I had no sound from the speakers. I then uninstalled the new drivers and my speaker sound came back.The sound from the speakers is perfect using Media Player BUT when watching You Tube videos or web pages with video the sound is very low. You can play movies in VLC and the sound is perfect too.

good download only would of appreciated being told that there are costs involved in beforehand.

Froze on \"Please Wait\" when I tried to find out what video card I have. Afterwards I downloaded free \"Unknown Device Identifier 7.00\" and it worked. Found out I had an Intel card and got correct Drivers for my specific card from Intel\'s website.
this program was complete garbage! it told me nothing and did nothing but put crap on my computer! i had to reload a system image to fix this waste of time... thank god it was free
it was ok but it did not fix my hardware issue.
Program Fix It not fix my problem. Program offering not only testing but fixing as well.DVD/CD-ROM is not fix. No suggestion what to do next.I expect more from nice named program.
i tryed to use this program but it keep telling me to to updaeat to 3.00 but that was what i have got and when i do it came up with unsafe so i have not used it yet
Easy to use and attractive, it just doesn\'t do what I thought that it would. I thought that it would test my hardware for problems, not just tell me what hardware I have. It\'s a bit like a glorified \'system information\'.
